Byron Bay Pork has been in production for over 15 years, owned by the pioneering Singh Family, whom have been farming the Northern Rivers since 1897.
We supply guaranteed hormone and antibiotic free, prime pork cuts to specialty butchers and award winning restaurants in the Northern Rivers, Brisbane Sydney and Melbourne areas.
Our Berkshire and Berkshire cross pigs are renowned for superior marbling characteristics, producing deliciously juicy and tender pork cuts.
Our pigs are hand raised in Eco Pens incorporating best work practices and animal health standards on all of our four farms to guarantee hormone and antibiotic free, premium quality and taste.
Byron Bay Pork boasts over 400 high quality sows with over 100 pigs selected weekly for market.
